4 November 2015 – Open Enrollment for the Flex 125, 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan programs is just around the corner. Please consider taking advantage of these beneficial programs, open to all eligible RLHC employees.
Flex 125
Don’t miss your opportunity to enroll in the 2015 Flexible Spending 125 Benefits Plan. This benefit allows you to set aside a certain amount of your paycheck into an account before paying income taxes. During the year, participants who set money aside have access to this account for reimbursement of expenses that medical insurance does not cover. The Dependent Care account can be used for childcare or elder care expenses.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
During this time any full time associate who is not already on the plan can sign up if their hire date is on or before December 1, 2015. Also any associate who is enrolled on the plan may change his or her deduction percent. All changes will be effective January 1, 2016. Details regarding the ESPP and option to purchase RLHC stock at a discount can be found here.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
During this time any associate who is not already on the plan can enroll. Contributions can be changed anytime with the Plan Administrator, Randall and Hurley. All enrollments are effective January 1, 2016. Go to rlhc401k.com to enroll or change your contribution percent.
